1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Entity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ruby link shortening platform, web application, APIs, and redirect endpoints operated by TREBBBLE S.A. ("Company", "we", "us", or "TREBBBLE"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Ruby to create links pointing to malware, phishing sites, illegal material, unsolicited commercial communication (spam), or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property. We maintain automated abuse detection and reserve the right to suspend accounts or terminate shortened links violating this policy immediately.

3. Service Level & Availability

While Ruby is architected for 99.99% high-availability on Google Cloud Platform and Google Edge CDN, services are provided on an "as-is" basis unless governed by a dedicated enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plan subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the organization billing dashboard.
